> The design of Evviva started with the philosophical idea of the “open kitchen”.  This contemporary Italian eatery features the kitchen open to the patrons so that the skill and dedication of the kitchen staff is on full display and actually creates a “show” of sorts.  As the seating surrounds the kitchen the guests are able to interact and appreciate the art of cooking.  The designed atmosphere is unique having a polished flair while still being simple and casual in nature.  The design includes a 32 seat bar, table seating for 150 and high ceilings to create the atmosphere that the owners were looking for.
