LAGRASSE YANOWITZ & FEYL is a collaborative team dedicated to bringing your architectural vision to life. We provide professional services in the disciplines of Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Master Planning and project management to the greater Boston, Massachusetts area and beyond.
Founded in 1982, Formerly J.D. LaGrasse and Associates, the firm’s professional practice has established an extensive portfolio and experience in a diverse range of building and development sectors. Our firm has been recognized for our expertise in residential, religious, commercial and industrial design projects, ranging from multi-family neighborhoods, office complexes, and retail establishments to shopping centers, hospitality and entertainment facilities.
Key to the firm's success is active communication with our clients to help them realize innovative design solutions while understanding client budgets, objectives, and schedules. We pride ourselves on our dedication to core values of continued evolution and creativity, learning, and adaptability, as part of a dynamic profession in the 21st century.
Located north of Boston in Andover, MA some of our current projects of note include the APEX Entertainment Center (Marlborough, MA), the byChloe Restaurants (Boston, NY and Providence), and the Hatters Point Condominium Project (Amesbury, MA), the 110 Grill Restaurants (MA, NH, NY, CT, RI), and new to North Andover the Signature Commons retail development.
MEET THE TEAM
Principal Ken has over 25 years of commercial architectural experience and has been licensed and worked on projects ranging geographically from NH to LA. Two of those projects include two LEED certified buildings, one project being LEED Gold. In 2009, Ken was individually awarded the Gilbane Construction Company’s Excellence Award for demonstrating the core values of: Integrity, Tough-mindedness, Teamwork, Dedication to Excellence, Loyalty and Discipline.
Principal Mark has over 30 years of experience in architectural design and construction management for residential, small commercial, and mixed use projects specializing in high performance, energy efficiency, and low impact (green) building solutions.
Emeritus Principal Joseph LaGrasse, AIA, has over 35 years experience working in New England on all phases of Architectural Design, Land Planning and Building Development. For fifteen years prior to forming his own corporation, Mr. LaGrasse was the Principal Architect at the firm of Frank C. Gelinas & Associates, a 25 person Architectural and Engineering firm located in North Andover, MA and Project Architect for Architects Design Group, Inc., Cambridge, MA.
Senior Architect Tom has over 20 years experience working on all phases of architectural design for both private and public client projects. Tom has been with the firm for more than 13 years and is a graduate of Wentworth Institute and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Tom’s domain expertise includes all aspects of architectural design, construction documents, project management, and a high proficiency with International and MA Building Codes and municipal projects.

Architect Phil Tarabelsi has worked on all aspects of architectural design, construction documentation and administration. Phil graduated with his Masters of Science In Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA.
Project Coordinator, Designer Sean Carey has worked on all aspects of architectural design, construction documentation and administration. Sean graduated with his Professional Bachelors of Architecture from The Boston Architectural College in Boston, MA.
Architect Kylie DiLiberto has worked on all aspects of architectural design, construction documentation and administration. Kylie graduated with her Masters of Science In Architecture from UMass Amherst, in Amherst. MA.
Project Coordinator, Designer
Designer Samantha graduated in 2017 with a BFA in Architecture from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston, MA. She has experience in all phases of architectural design, from schematic through construction, but specifically enjoys working on environmentally conscious residential projects that benefit family living and promote green building.
Senior Interior Designer For 25+ years as interior designer Crystal has coordinated all project aspects to ensure they meet corporate standards and achieve the organizational vision. She has taught sustainable & universal design concepts as adjunct professor at Endicott in Beverly, MA. Her work includes corporate tech clients and projects ranging from 1,000-2,000,000 SF. She is creative, driven, people-oriented, and stays current with sustainable materials, systems, and wellness strategy.
