> A 45 Unit luxury Condo Development along the Merrimack River at the former site of the historic Merrimac Hat Factory.  Amenities include access to river frontage and marina, river views from all units, exterior decks with glass railings, 16’ ceilings and loft space at penthouse units,  community room and heated garage.   The project was the continuation of an overall mill renovation with this phase of construction being all new 5 stories of residential construction over a parking deck.  The exterior façade is a combination of brick, EIFS and clapboard siding reminiscent of the hat factory building that once stood at this site.  Phase I construction consists of 20 units with the remaining 25 units slated to start construction in the fall of 2017 or spring of 2018.
