> The new Oar & Iron concept was birthed from the revitalization of the 110 Grill to better suit the Florida market. Driving criteria such as light, airy, sophisticated, fun lighting, and subtle nods to nautical vocabulary were used to fuel the design. Lighting plays a large role in this design and there are many different lighting techniques such as direct, indirect, hidden, and accent linear lighting. Everything about this design is custom and gives the restaurant its own unique identity and personality in the new Florida locations. More locations to come, stay tuned!
